The vision is becoming increasingly tangible at Kempinski Grace Bay.

Following the major concrete works completed earlier this year, construction has continued its steady vertical progression, with work now advancing above the first level. Across the site, the emerging structures are beginning to reveal not only the scale of the development, but the openness and low-density character that will distinguish the completed resort and residences.

For prospective owners who have followed Kempinski Grace Bay from its earliest plans and renderings, it marks an important transition. Architectural drawings are becoming physical spaces. Sightlines are emerging. And the relationship between the buildings, landscape and sea is becoming easier to imagine.

Yet what is taking shape is as much about the space between the buildings as the structures themselves.

Kempinski Grace Bay has been deliberately planned as a low-density resort and residential development, with 132 private residences and four villas set across 11 acres. Rather than maximizing the number of residences, the site plan preserves generous open areas and a sense of privacy and connection to the natural surroundings.  

That distinction becomes increasingly apparent as construction progresses. The positioning of the buildings, the scale of the site and the openness envisioned throughout the property are moving from concept to something that can now be seen.

The latest progress builds upon a series of construction milestones as the project moves toward its anticipated 2028 opening.
