Progress in Motion at Kempinski Grace Bay: Major Concrete Pour Marks Construction Milestone

Construction continues to advance steadily on the shores of Grace Bay Beach as Kempinski Grace Bay marks a major construction milestone with the successful completion of its first large-scale concrete pours.  This significant step signals the transition from foundational works to the next phase of vertical development.

Following the completion of site preparation, infrastructure works, and foundational activity, construction teams are now moving forward with precision as the vision for Kempinski’s newest Caribbean destination begins to emerge more visibly along the beachfront landscape. Recent aerial footage from the site captures the scale and momentum of progress now underway.

“This milestone represents more than construction progress.  It reflects the steady realisation of a vision we have worked toward for years,” said Marek Baca, Chief Representative for the Americas at JTRE. “There is tremendous excitement building around Kempinski Grace Bay, and seeing this level of momentum on site reinforces the confidence behind the project and the rarity of what is being created on these precious shores.”

Set across 11 acres on Grace Bay Beach, Kempinski Grace Bay will feature 119 private residences and four beachfront villas designed within a thoughtfully planned low-density setting that blends contemporary architecture with the island’s natural beauty.
