Kempinski Hotels and global developer JTRE have officially broken ground on Kempinski Grace Bay, a rare low-density luxury resort and residences set along 11 acres of secluded shoreline on world-famous Grace Bay Beach. The project brings the Kempinski Hotel’s 128-year legacy of European elegance to Turks and Caicos. Future owners and guests will enjoy a collection of premium amenities, including signature dining, a beach club, a 3,000-square-foot wine cellar, a European spa, ocean-view fitness areas, tennis and padel courts, and a dedicated kids’ club. “This is a meaningful moment for the islands,” said Premier Charles Washington Misick. “Kempinski Grace Bay represents a new level of luxury and global visibility for Turks and Caicos.”
Construction is underway, with completion anticipated in 2028. Sales are exclusively represented by Christie’s International Real Estate Turks & Caicos and Engel & Völkers Turks & Caicos.
